PRINT INK: D-100, D-120, D-130, D-D-30
To increase print speed and to develop environmental friendly ink, our product is welcomed by customers due to its low odour, and low aromati contents. Since Japanese customers
use low aromati solvent for more than 90%, so D-Series has good estiatin by them fist.
ALUMINUM ROLLING OIL: D-80, D-100, D-100, D-120, D-130, D-30
Since D-SERIES is safe solvent for human body, we use it for metal product which frequently contact with food directly. Even in high temperature, D-series has features of thermo-
stable, low stain, low happening oil bit, so it is a proper solvent for Aluminium rolling oil base.
POLYMER FLOCCULANT: D-80, D-100, D-100
As D-Series is low odour, low aromati solvent, and has stable oxidatin, so it is used for solvent for polymer flcculants.
METAL WORKING OIL: ALL OF D-SERIES
As a low odour, low aromati solvent, D-Series has stable oxidatin, so it can be properly used for antirustig oil base, rolling, cutti, punching oil base and etc. D-SERIES contributes
to worker’s working effiency greatly
SILENT: ALL OF D-SERIES
Under body silent process needs spray coatig method. D-Series is excellent solvent for underbody silent coatig and coatig of bottm of container for its low odour and low aromati
contents.
METAL CLEANING: D-30, D-60, D-80, D-100, D-100, D-120, D-130
Compare to Chlorine and Kerosene base solvents, D-Series is low odour, and low toxic solvent. If we consider vacuum admission contents, D-Series is superior to D-D-30 ppm of Chlorine solvents and low grade Kerosene. It shows great performance specially for washing oil resin.
PVC VISCOSITY CONTROLLER: ALL OF D-SERIES
When PVC-resin is manufactured, D-Series can be used for viscosity controller. D-Series superior dilute effct avoids abnormal reactin in process, reduces decline in working effiency
due to smell, enhance product stability, but again reduces the usage of expensive 1st plastiizer such as DOP.
WAX: ALL OF D-SERIES
As a low odour, and low aromati solvent, D-Series can be applied to manufacturing wax for automobile, furniture. D-SOL contributes to enhance end-product quality.
DRY CLEANING: D-SERIES D-30, D-60
Compare to other usual solvents like Kerosene, D-Series has low odour, low toxicity, fast drying ability and proper solubility. So using D-Series for dry cleaning purpose makes clothes
keep to be softn and the side effcts to expensive clothes, decoratin, colour reduces.
ANTI RUSTING OIL: ALL OF D-SERIES
Diluent for antirustig oil, gives the features of low odour, low toxic, and simple cleaning effct to end products.
